What should I do if I experience antisocial behaviour in the venue?
The Corner Hotel strives to create a safe & inclusive space for everyone. If you experience antisocial behaviour in the venue please don’t hesitate to speak to a staff member.
I’m a Music Victoria, RRR FM or PBS FM subscriber, how do I redeem my discount?
The Corner offers 10% off food & drinks for all Music Victoria, RRR FM & PBS FM members to say thanks for supporting our local music community. All you need to do is show your card at the bar at time of purchase to redeem. **Offer excludes functions & already discounted items.
Can I purchase tickets over the phone?
Yes, by calling 1300 724 867. Box office hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm and Sat 2pm – 6pm. You can also purchase tickets 24 hours at cornerhotel.com

Looking to buy or sell tickets for a sold out gig?
Tixel is our recommended resale platform for any sold out show. Tickets are verified and will be transferred to your details once purchase is finalised so you can feel secure in your purchase. What are the bookings fees for ticketing?
Booking fees are charged to cover administration and delivery costs as well as bank fees. Booking fees are NOT refundable.
Where can I find the set times for a show?
Set times will be posted on individual show listings one week prior to the show, just click through to the show from our Gigs page

Are shows at the Corner seated or standing?
Corner Hotel performances are general admission and standing room only unless otherwise stated on the Gigs page
Does the Corner have wheelchair access?
The Corner has wheelchair access via a side entrance to the venue. The rooftop bar is fully wheelchair accessible (with the exception of the private dining room) and can be accessed via a lift. Please see staff on arrival or call 9427 7300 to discuss any special requirements.
Can I bring recording devices like audio, tape, camera or film into the Corner?
No, you cannot record an artist’s performance. You would require permission from the artist as per the Copyright Act, as the performance is “owned” by the artist. The authority to allow or not allow such recording devices on the night rests with the artists performing and not the venue.
Why can’t a person under the age of 18 attend shows?
It is venue policy that all our patrons be over the age of 18 in the bandroom. The Corner does hold strictly under age events. See the Gigs page
Does the Corner have a cloakroom?
Yes, the cloakroom is available exclusively for ticket holders and is open for the duration of the show. It is accessible at the entrance to the bandroom or near the merch area. Please ensure all cloaked items are collected at the end of the show.
“I lost my ticket”
If you have misplaced your confirmation email containing the E-ticket(s) please email the Box Office on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 1300 724 867 and they can re-send.
